Per Michigan's new concussion law, all participants 18 years old and younger must have a concussion form online with the rink. Use the concussion form link below to fill out this paperwork.  

Refund Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are applicable with fees attached for administrative duties and we can also move camps to a different week as long as there is availabilty 
• Needs to be more than two weeks to recieve full refund

2. Refund Amount:

• If a refund is requested at least two weeks before start date, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund 
• If inside of the two weeks 50% is considered a non-refundable fee to cover administrative and scheduling fees.

3. Transaction Fee:

• All refund transactions are subject to a 5% transaction fee, deducted from the refund amount.
• The transaction fee is non-negotiable and is applied to cover the costs associated with processing the refund.

4. How to Request a Refund:

5. Refund Processing Time:

• Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days after receiving and verifying the request.
• The refunded amount, after deducting the transaction fee, will be credited to the original method of payment.
